NewGrowth collects information necessary to provide our AI receptionist service:
- Account Information: Email address and phone number for account creation and service delivery.
- Call Data: Call metadata, transcripts, and recordings when you enable our AI receptionist features. Recordings are linked to your account and stored on encrypted servers.
- Contact Data: Your contacts are matched locally on your device for caller identification. We do not store your contact list on our servers.
- Analytics & Crash Data: Information about how you interact with our app, including crash reports, to improve our services. This data is not linked to your identity.
- Purchase Data: Subscription and in-app purchase transactions are processed by Apple and RevenueCat. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but do not store payment details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve our AI receptionist service
- Process and screen calls according to your instructions
- Generate call summaries and transcripts
- Send you notifications about calls and service updates
- Measure aggregate app usage and performance to improve the service
- Provide customer support
3. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures:
- End-to-end encryption for sensitive call data
- Secure cloud infrastructure with encrypted storage
- Regular security audits and monitoring
- Contact matching happens locally on your device — your contact list is never sent to our servers
4. Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time via Settings → Delete Account in the app at app.getnewgrowth.com, or by contacting us at privacy@getnewgrowth.com.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate NewGrowth:
- Twilio — telephony infrastructure (call routing, forwarding, and VoIP)
- Google (Gemini) — AI speech processing and call screening
- Deepgram — speech-to-text transcription
- Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, analytics, and crash reporting
- RevenueCat — subscription management and in-app purchase processing
- Apple — in-app purchases and Sign in with Apple authentication
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and all associated data (via Settings → Delete Account)
- Export your data by contacting privacy@getnewgrowth.com
- Opt out of marketing communications
