Do I have to change my business number?

No, you can keep your existing number. NewGrowth uses simple call-forwarding technology to manage your calls without changing your identity or your existing number.

What if I want a new number for my business?

Every account comes with a dedicated phone number that allows for voice and texting by your receptionist. Your can use this for your primary point of content, or forward an existing number - it's up to you.

What happens if my NewGrowth agent isn't sure what to do?

It defaults to safe behavior. If it's truly stuck, it will politely ask for a message and send you an immediate summary so you can decide how to handle it manually. If you like, it can also complete warm transfers to your mobile device or your receptionist.

Can I change my instructions later?

Yes! You can edit, correct, or completely rewrite anything NewGrowth has learned at any time directly through the Boss Mode dashboard.

Does it answer in different languages?

Yes. NewGrowth dynamically detects and switches languages based on the caller's spoken language, ensuring a professional experience worldwide.

What about privacy?

Your privacy is our priority. Contacts are encrypted locally. Call data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. You have full control over what is stored or deleted.

Can I turn it off instantly?

Absolutely. Dial a simple code from your phone keypad (##002#), returning your phone to its standard behavior instantly.

How are minutes counted?

Minutes apply only when NewGrowth actively answers and handles a call in Receptionist Mode, or is used to transcribe outbound calls. Very short hang-ups may not count.

Is my data private?

Yes. NewGrowth uses a zero-knowledge architecture for your call data: encryption keys never leave your device, so we cannot read your transcripts, summaries, or recordings. Our servers do the job without being able to see your call content — and because we don't hold the keys, we can't hand that content over to anyone else either.

Do I need to install an app?

No. NewGrowth is a web app — just open app.getnewgrowth.com in any browser, on your phone or at the front desk. A mobile app may come later based on demand.
