Mixed SMS campaign message flow

BlueMidnightWeb LLC d/b/a NewGrowth sends appointment, customer-care, and—only with separate promotional consent—occasional promotional or win-back texts on behalf of subscribed salons. This page describes the consumer opt-in paths used by the service.

1

Web form: salon booking or NewGrowth-powered intake

A customer enters a mobile number and sees two unchecked choices: one for appointment/customer-care texts and a separate optional choice for promotional/win-back texts. The form displays message-frequency, rates, STOP, a help contact, and no-purchase-required disclosures with Privacy and Terms links. Before a salon sends messages, NewGrowth must retain the opt-in evidence.

2

Verbal: call with the salon or AI receptionist

For appointment/customer-care texts, the salon or its NewGrowth receptionist asks for consent while collecting the customer’s number and records the response in the salon’s NewGrowth contact record. Promotional or win-back texts require a separate affirmative promotional opt-in; the verbal appointment-consent script does not enroll a customer in promotions.

Service-text consent script

May Salon Name text you appointment updates and customer-care information at this number? Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not required to book.

Separate promotional-consent script

Would you also like occasional offers and win-back texts from Salon Name? This is optional and not required to book. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.

Proof: this intended NewGrowth-powered flow requires the salon’s consent record to retain the affirmative response, consent type, script/disclosure version, call or intake source, and timestamp before any related message is sent. The public consent language is shown at the salon-customer consent example.

3

In person or existing client

A customer may give a number for appointment communication in person or during intake. The salon records service-text consent at that moment. Existing appointment history alone is not promotional consent: a customer must separately affirm the promotional/win-back choice before receiving marketing texts.

Proof: the same separate choices and disclosures are available on the salon-customer form: https://getnewgrowth.com/a2p-salon-consent.

4

NewGrowth demo request only

A person requesting a NewGrowth demo provides their phone number and checks a separate NewGrowth consent box before a demo call or verification text is initiated. This consent is not used for salon appointment, customer-care, promotional, or win-back messaging.

Representative message samples

Each message identifies the salon and includes a STOP opt-out instruction.

Appointment: Salon Name: Your appointment is tomorrow at 2:00 PM. Reply STOP to opt out.

Customer care: Salon Name: Thanks for visiting. Reply with a question and our team will help. Reply STOP to opt out.

Promotional / win-back: Salon Name: We miss you—enjoy 15% off your next service through Friday. Reply STOP to opt out.

Consent controls

NewGrowth does not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. A STOP response blocks future texts from that salon; reply HELP for messaging support. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Promotional and win-back texts are sent only when the salon initiates them, and only to customers who separately opted in to promotional messages. NewGrowth does not auto-send win-back campaigns. Appointment or customer-care consent alone does not authorize win-back texts.
